Is abnormal burping bad? ill explain abnormal

Are you under any unusual stress? I've never burped much, in my life, until I landed in a job that was the opposite of anything I should ever be in; super stressful, for me, but I stuck it out for five years. The last two years there, I noticed that I'd started burping almost continually, all day and night. As soon as I quit that miserable job, the burping stopped after about a week. It was just stress/heartburn. Had me a bit worried, for a while.

Interesting about the possible liver connection. While in that same job, my stomach (not the abdomen, the actual stomach area) swelled up and it's still uncomfortable, a few months later. Google always gave results for abdominal swelling, so I just gave up looking. Thanks for that tip!

Dont drink beer, i do eat alot of candy, but ive always ate a lot of candy so why would it just start now if thats the case?

i did have a large binge that included a lot of pills, so my liver is under a bunch of stress. Like an abnormal amount of pills.

Also have social anxiety issues so i do become somewhat paranoid, anxious and stressed when it occures.

I will keep record of when the odd burps happen and i will go see the doctor soon. I would have googled this but i hate thinking that what i read and what i have don't match so i try to stay away from that.

I had a blood test done like 7 months ago to test my liver and the results came back fine so my guess would be that what ever it is it just started within that time frame

Your pancreas creates tons of baking soda when you are having a heart attack... i know from experience..

Just happened again when i sat upright from laying down. Seems to be a pattern of happening when i sit up from laying down. Ill keep myself observant
