Police let black man help them force handcuffs on a woman refusing arrest and assault passersby

What do you think of this? It doesn't seem right to me.

This does not seem to be what most black men would do. It also does not seem right that the cops are allowing him to
"help" them arrest the woman.

The woman is simply sitting and asking why she is under arrest. They are more focused on wanting to handcuff her as if she was a danger or could escape. If she was a danger or could escape, then they should call for back up from other police.

They did not seem to ask for help from this man but do allow him to do what he is doing.
