Yup, it's the Wave that is (so to speak) pushing individual and the collective shadow out...cause and effect., what has taken harbor in the dark is going to have a galactic light

Individually and collectively we can heal and grow, live to learn without hidden fears and anger, due to the Wave influx, or we can succumb.

And while alike in a text book definition sort of way, individual and collective shadow self's will process - magnify - outcome differently.

Heh, 10-17% seems a small percentage of how many individuals will be affected beyond capability of reasoning with the emotions involved, regardless of how great the number is while taking into account that is 10-17% of 7 BILLION...we'll be lucky as all get out if it's only that percentage.
