AMD CPU not GPU im assuming since you have ati gpu your cpu might be amd too with it being a laptop. the reason your gpu is so damn slow with video is that its not utilising any hardware acceleration. its all running in slow software mode. disable services anything and everything you dont absolutely need to get that extra bit of speed. of course use start is back to get metro out of memory. |
