No doubt that the racially-mixed are very unstable, both physiologically and psychologically. Look at those areas of the planet where large swaths of racially-mixed populations reside - they are in total chaos for the most part.
As more chaotic energies 'charge up' the Earth and transform it, these types would appear to be more susceptible to melt-down, being unable to center and balance such energies through what is a damaged and collapsed genome and malfunctioning central nervous system.
Obama is one of those types who may be hanging on by a very thin thread at this point.
Either way, things are going to get a whole lot more hair-raising....

consider NOT TRAVELING during late August thru September
this year. He is concerned about the solar disruptions
and the "wave" in-coming and that the Jade Helm exercises
are involved in this event. Sounds like good advice!
