Vigilence and awareness - beginning with taking good care of one's own self - is more important now than ever. That is very wise!
Dr. Atkins, in the video link above, suggests that we
all try to get at least 9 hours sleep a night between
now and end of September when these "changes" are due.
He mentions that the immune system is really hanging
in the wind when we try to short-change the body on
sleep. 9 hours seems like a lot...but the guy seems to
know what he is talking about. Also says to check in
to herbal supplements to help boost the immune system
during this summer--as the magnetic storms will also
have an impact on our health.
You can bet that our president is NOT getting 9 hours
sleep a night! That is why historically, presidents
age greatly while in public office.
