Time for California parents to start forging vax records. It's what I would do.

It's because of the illegals from Mexico. Before this you had the option to sign a waiver but this bill is because of the illegals.
Schools were not allowed to require birth certificate or even simple immunization records, including TB tests!

Our schools here in LA are nearly 70% Mexican and many have not even had the basic immunizations or screenings for TB etc.
You take a risk even being in public places.
