Josh Duggar 'facing civil suit from victim of his molestation forcing family to reveal scandal secrets under oath

Josh Duggar is reportedly a facing a civil suit from one of the females who was molested by him when he was a teenager and she was a minor
The victim is the one non-family member Josh reportedly molested
The statute of limitations has run out on filing criminal charges, but in Arkansas civil suits can be filed years later
Because this is a civil case Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar would likely be forced to answer all questions as there is not threat of prosecution
This means they would be forced to reveal how long they knew about Josh's molestation of minors, how many there were and who else they told
The family is also still being investigated by local law enforcement and the Department of Human Services
