Without the spirit/awareness, the body is dead. So, it is impossible to have human bodies without a spirit. This is why most human fertilized eggs don't develop, and why they implant dozens of fertilized eggs to get a woman pregnant: because fertilized eggs simply don't grow unless a spirit (glow of awareness) attaches to it.

But I have known "the type". Not everybody has the same connections to reality, and some have severed connections.
