Here's what George Papadopoulus, a 52-year old living in Dalston, London, sent in:

I am 52 years old, and get a Pension of €1,400 per month, and dont know if i will get the next payment. I would vote NO, i have been retired since the age of 50 and get the money sent from Greece, and can use the council Gyms in London for free, free meals on wheels from Hackney Council, it is a good life.

Not so much Britain as the EU...Britain can't deny entry to EU residents and can't deny government services.

Wow, what a complete piece of shit you are!

You love seeing that bent over old lady working to death at Walmart?

Or, you don't shop there, too cool for that?

Go on, please!

Europe trying to provide for its elderly

is like the Minotaur trying to open a daycare.

So this guy thought retirement into "Europe" was a thing he could plan on.

But history, if looked at, SAYS OTHERWISE.

In my case, I will see those who have compassion, and those who pridethemselves on "work" and "money" are often,

loathesome people to be around.

in the usa, most people are working well into their 60's, even if part-time just to make ends meet. Europeans don't want to do that -- add in their shorter hours and their 4 weeks of paid vacation from day 1 of working -- and it is no surprise they are broke.

then toss in the expenses of allowing all those hundreds of thousands of boat people instead of adopting a catch and return policy -- and they are all going to go broke.

As we will if we do not do something about our southern border.

When the young and the fake bluename accounts

hate the old?

Your fucked.

OLD PEOPLE ARE GOLD

They should be loved preserved, healed, yes, allowed to live and give us their wisdumbs.

I for them, love them, and rally around them, if for no other reason thne they might fall the fuck down if I don't gently hold their lovely frail and wise arms!

Yaya old people!

Fuck anyone who hates you!

Except Mengele, you shouldn't have been given the gift of old age, you torturing piece of shit.

Socialism ALWAYS dies.
When it does it takes individuals, cities,
towns and empires with it.

Like Maggie Thatcher said,
the problem with socialism is that sooner or
later, you run out of other people's money.

To those of you bagging this guy for being retired and collecting a pension in his 50s, what do you think of all the military/police/firefighters who retire with fat pensions in the USA?

Are they leeches too?

you can have thirty years under your belt by 50 if you begin working early. Have a colleague who has worked for 45 years at least.

She will have more money in retirement than she is earning now.
