Considering the fact that we are not biologically compatible, I would expect a person who was physically abducted by our neighbors to die of cancer within a few years.
From a logical standpoint, what sort of knowledge would aliens gain from abducting multiple persons that they could not gain by abducting one person? We are not exactly complicated creatures and probably not as interesting or mysterious as you think we are. Since our neighbors know we are irrationally emotional and given to violent animalistic rages.. Why would a large-minded entirely logical race of beings want to associate with dangerously unpredictable creatures such as ourselves?
I find the claim that hundreds of people are being abducted, probed, implanted etc. to be beyond ridiculous. If the aliens felt the need to study us surely they could have done that hundreds of years ago. Now that they've seen us blowing ourselves up with nuclear weapons I would assume that any advanced logical race would avoid us as much as possible as there is nothing valuable to be gained by association with us.
This is a logical analysis and as your claims are not logical and I know our neighbors are mentally advanced and entirely logical I know my analysis is much more likely to be a relatively accurate representation of the truth.

That's not logical. And you're making some very large sweeping generalizations about what is and what isn't.
Do some research, talk to some experts in the field, interview some abductees or psychological case studies or do a cross section. Then come back and we'll talk.

The fact that you believe either one of us can bring anything to the table supported by "factual evidence" is highly amusing. And after bringing up "numerous testimonies" as some sort of evidence.. As if the damaged memories of dishonest, weakminded humans had suddenly become scientifically measurable. When you figure out how to measure the fourth dimension in a scientific lab let me know In the meantime unlike you I won't pretend to some superior ability to prove my position.
The best that can be done when trying to solve such a puzzle is to build a clearer picture that makes sense logically. Your claim that advanced aliens with saucer craft are abducting numerous humans to study them in strange and uncomfortable ways while probing and implanting them is certainly not backed up by any scientific evidence. So the best we can do is ask questions.
Why would an advanced alien race with advanced alien technology abduct numerous humans? If they were curious about our physical makeup why would this require so many abductions, instead of just a couple? This is egotistical genocentric position, to believe our race is so utterly fascinating that other aliens across the galaxy would travel here just to study our fabulously wonderful physical form. If neighboring aliens (who are more advanced clearly than us due to constant flitting about in advanced spacecraft) wanted to study us why would they only get around to it in modern times rather than getting it out of their system hundreds or thousands of years ago?
We can make an attempt to consider the possible alien perspective. If I was an alien I might come to Earth once or twice out of curiosity, but for repeated trips the planet would have to have some resource I wanted that was easier to get from that planet rather than another, especially considering the hostile and irrational natives. Fine, let's consider the stories of secret alien mining. That could certainly be accomplished without interacting with the natives, if I was an advanced alien I could take all the minerals I wanted right from under the noses of the local savages. I certainly wouldn't go tramping about the countryside implanting and probing the locals, since my goal is to acquire a resource not get blown out of the sky by crazed berzerkers wielding nuclear missiles.
However, I still find it more probable, especially as we are warlike in nature and equipped with uncomfortably advanced weaponry, that such an advanced race would avoid our planet and go mine asteroids or some other planetary body. This may not have been the case in antiquity when we were less dangerous as a species but it would certainly would be more likely now.
Bottom line, whenever you are trying to find the truth on any subject you must sift through piles of misinformation and bullshit to build any sort of logical picture. No subject should treated as religion, accepting nonsense as fact. We cannot be afraid to be wrong or we will not improve our vision of reality.
