I believe the premise may be flawed a bit.

As income dwindles in (what's left of) America, more people may shop at Walmart, out of necessity if nothing else.

As long as we're buying, China is still manufacturing.

Granted, to a lesser degree, but still treading water in a few sectors.

If America stops buying, then China AND Walmart crash TOGETHER.

Let's hope it doesn't come to that as the scenario would have to be pretty bad over the entire globe by then.
