Explaining the "Solution":
Step 1 -> Kranwan separated numbers and letters to
- A B K A L G M O R Y X R P S T O V A L
- 4 6 3 8 2 4 3 2 4 8 9

Step 2 -> Kranwan added the values of the letters (1 to 26) and got 252

Step 3 -> Kranwan converted the numbers to letters and got 4 different options:
- D F C H B D C B D H I
- D F C H X C B D H I
- D F C H B D C X H I
- D F C H X C X H I
*** This is the first odd step, but let's see where it goes.

Step 4 -> Kranwan converted back the letters to numbers and got added them, getting 3 different values:
- 53
- 71
- 89

Step 5 -> Kranwan got 234 (I don't know the source of this number) and added the 3 values from step 4 and got 3 new values. He added 252 and the 3 values and got 3 new values. He subtracted the 3 values from 234 and 252 and got 6 new values to a total of 13 different values.
*** It's very important to notice that all these numbers are fabricated arbitrarily. Kranwan could be multiplying or dividing, but he chose only to add and subtract.

Step 6 -> Kranwan arbitrarily chose 2 of the 13 different values to use as inner and outer circles for his next steps. There are 78 possible combinations, and he decided to use 53 and 323 to get to the point he wanted to analyse. But let's see where it goes.

Step 7 -> Kranwan calculate Area, Outer Circumference, Inner Circumference and Center Area with a precision of 13 decimal places, getting 4 number sequences of ~16 numbers.

Step 8 -> Kranwan uses Rihanna's birthday with 5 digits (2 20 88) and the sum of her letters with 3 digits (209) and find these numbers in a random sequence in one of the 4 numbers of one of the 78 combinations of his arbitrary calculations.

Discussing the "Theory":
Inner Circumference
- 2029.4688542190063
-> 202*.**88********** (5 in 17) [6,188 possibilities in one of 13 numbers = 80,444 possibilities in total]
-> ****.******2190**** (4 in 17) [2,380 possibilities in one of 13 numbers = 30,940 possibilities in total]
-> 20*9.************* (3 in 17) [680 possibilities in one of 13 numbers = 8,840 possibilities in total]
or 2029.**88**2190**** (10 in 17) [19,448] possibilities in one of 13 numbers = 252,284 possibilities in total]

Please note:
a) This is the outer circumference, calculated based on 2*pi*323, so it has ZERO relation with the second line, that is calculated based on 2*pi*53, so both people are 100% not correlated.
b) Adding 1988 with 202 makes no sense, as 202 is a number that has no meaning. Kranwan again defined something arbitrarily. Why not 1988 + 20 + 2? Why would he multiply the day by 10? 20*10 + 2 = 202.
c) I won't bother with the 1254. Kranwan never explained why would anyone multiply 209 by 6. What does 6 mean?
d) The only way to get both 209 and 2190 and 20288 is by REPEATING one of the 2s, so Kranwan is fabricating one of the 2s as it doesn't exist.

f) The only way to get both 181 and 151082 is by REPEATING one of the 1s, so Kranwan is fabricating one of the 1s as it doesn't exist.

Statistics:
Finding 7 numbers in a sequence of 16 numbers adds up to a total of 11,440 options. As we have 4 numbers (A, OC, IC and CA) for 78 different Inner and Outer values, there are a total of 3,569,280 possible matches for Birthdays and Names.

So, taking 1 or 2 matches in a total of 3.5 million, and creating a theory on top of that is not logical or mathematical or geometrical, it's simply coincidental.

Objections to the "Theory":
i.1) Why one 2 in the first sequence and one 1 in the second sequence are fabricated?
i.2) Wouldn't be easier to simply calculate the circumference with a higher precision to get more numbers to choose from? Why were only 13 decimal places chosen?
i.3) 181 is yet another fabricated number as it's a round up from 1808. So, why is it being used?
i.4) Why stop at 13 decimal places? For example, 333.00882128051808327704019862763 could be used. As PI is infinite, an infinite sequence of numbers could be available to choose from. As in this theory we are allowed to duplicate numbers, we can get 0-9 from literally any circumference.

ii) Why would the inner and outer circumferences be somehow correlated? They are only circumferences from 2 of the 13 numbers that were chosen arbitrarily.

iii) Why is 209 being multiplied by 6?

iv) Why is the DAY being multiplied by 10 before adding it to the month and year to get to 2190?

v) Why are the rules applied only to Rihanna's birthday, but not to the second person birthday (2190 was found in the first case, but there's no match to 3492)?
v.2) Why is this second person even important to this theory? He is just some random guy that posted 2 images. How is he related to everything else?

vi) Where does 234 come from?

vii) What's the validity of a theory working with a universe of 3.5 million possible number combination? The probability of finding coincidental data is HUGE? Again, it's 3.5 million possible number combination IF we decide to NOT duplicate numbers. If we allow number duplication, it goes to INFINITE combinations.
