Seasoning makes the dish:
he needs seasoning, at least: celery seed, salt and pepper for it, then he can almost call it "German Potato Salad", if he cuts the potatoes real small.

you can call vinegar a "seasoning", too.

the only problem i see is that i fry everything..

i fry the onions and garlic together in some olive oil, and the potatoes seperate, then all together at the end..

id like to think im still getting some boompow from the garlic but maybe i heat it to much.

Tonight I had a Chuck Roast that I Sous Vide for 48 hours in my slower cooker, then gave it a reverse sear with my Grill and a Butane Cooking torch.

It was a med rare roast that cooked for two days and it was so tender that it tasted like Rib Roast.


I had it with Steamed and Butter Broccoli and some Scalloped Potatoes I made with herbs from our herb garden and some parm cheese.


Potatoes are great but you forgot the Beef and Veg.

I also enjoyed dinner with a few glasses of Pinot Noir.

Add some pork or chicken.. on the side.

And you will know if you burn garlic, it's an awful smell.

I think I'm going to make kielbasa and sauerkraut soup this weekend. I'm jonesing.

I will be grilling a prime t-bone steak with a butter/black pepper based marinade.

Since I am not cooking for my family, I'll enjoy this with 2 15mg oxycodones.

Hell yes! Add mushrooms and maybe sliced up tomato, combine in metal cake pan good portions add some spices and herbs some butter, cover with foil, roast on bbq.
