WOW!!! This is crazy!!!

A camera mounted to a dashboard in Taiwan captured a truly terrifying encounter with a tornado that spawned from Typhoon Soudelor over the weekend.

Where did the guy come from that ended up on the road? I watched several times, and it still looks like he fell out of the tornado.

she/ he was in that tornado amongst the debris.

Right before they get hit by the tornado you can see the car in front of them recognize the situation and drop the hammer.

That chick definitely fell out of that twister though, no doubt about it!

Report says she was seriously injured, I'd imagine that to be the case... damn!
