Military Train Convoy Through Portland, Oregon (NEW! August, 2015)

Dozens of military vehicles, equipment, and small arms containers sit on a large series of flatbed train cars, just south of Portland, OR, August 10th, 2015, along a highway. Jade Helm? Some of the small arms containers reference Fort Lewis, which is about 150 miles north. Not sure if it was heading north or south, as it was stopped next to the highway.
