Anyway, he'd have to get thru the jury selection process first, which he probably wouldn't do, unless the whole thing is a set-up to take him out of the picture for a while.

This whole thing makes me uneasy. The dems control NY it's probably a ploy to stop his momentum. If he refuses to be on the jury couldn't they hold him in contempt of court?

He'll send the kids out to campaign for him while he's doing his civic duty. He's the type that turns a negative into a positive.

I wonder if we'll ever know what kind of case it was. I mean, depending, the prosecution or defense might want him there. Too bad it's gigantic NYC, otherwise we could check the roster & see what cases were up tomorrow.
