I've been in contact with Shaela's mom Tammy via email. So I hope she doesn't mind me sharing some details. She & her family hasn't had any contact with her daughter since March 2010. Emails & calls have gone unanswered...



Here's what she said regarding going to the police....


"We have talked about going to the police. Before we stopped hearing from Shaela she told us that she had made really good friends with the local police. We had thought about calling them but they are also good friends with Mark according to Shaela. We even thought about going to the FBI. I don't know what they would do or could do. She is an adult and if she wants to live with them they are not going to force her to leave."



Here's what she said regarding Mark's threats & other odd things....

"Marks threats were years ago. I use to be afraid of him back when I still had kids at home. I am not afraid of him anymore. The kids are all grown up.

When my husband(Scott) went to visit them Mark told my husband a story about when he wanted custody of his son. His spook friends grabbed his ex-wife and put her in a trunk, took her away for 3 days and when they let her go she gave Mark custody. Mark said to this day he doesn't know what they did to her. He told Scott that his son doesn't like Mark and that is why he has nothing to do with him now.

Why would Mark tell Scott that? Did he have this all planned out to control Shaela and wanted to scare Scott? At the time he was telling Scott this about his ex-wife he was acting like he was Scott's best friend."
