I think I just realized the purpose of going to Germany. Mark wanted to publicly call Scott a pedophile using Shaela to help while not being prosecutable for the charge in the US. It is really the only thing that makes sense. Has the charge been made anywhere else by them? Again- this is defamation. It's clear that the family should be able to confront them on these charges. Well, it seems awfully coincidental for Mark to want to hire Shaela, and do so and get the Millers for three years to pay for Shaela's car insurance though she should have a job under the Phillips tutaledge and should be able to afford her own and that she's doing something to alter her perception and all of a sudden her dad's a pedophile. I just wanted to add an interesting case in the 90's about Lewis Dupont Smith kidnapping.
