Shayla is being used to promote their cause--she is as beautiful and well-spoken as any celebrity. In this interview, she is speaking about what she has been taught on the subject of mind control--principles rather than a testimony of the nuts-and-bolts of the alleged mind control foisted upon her. Shayla is their new spokeswoman--they are capitalizing on her beauty and eloquence. I've wondered if Mark is not a containment agent--the reason why M&C are still alive and allowed to share their story. "Religion" is controlling, but a relationship with Jesus Christ is not religion. It is freedom. Read Ephesians chapter 6, and know that the enemy of our souls is not flesh and blood, but the principalities and powers that inhabit human flesh and drive people to do the enemy's bidding.
