I think Josh was not as religious as his parents. He didn't get to play the field when he was old enough to get out there.I think the woman he picked to marry pleased his parents,but he was not ready to get hitched.

Aside from what happened with his sisters,he had different ideas than just having a married and Christian lifestyle. If he were single,the outcome would have been different.

Ministers and preachers often talk about their lifestyle before they became"saved". They talk about being wild,having a wild sex life.Some were even drug users. They say they left all that sinful activity behind.

Look at what happened when Prince Harry went to Vegas and got wild. But he was single. They talked about it affecting the family image,it blew over eventually. He was just a young guy having fun. He is still unmarried,no cheating.

I don't give a big credence to children who have a parent or both parents in the church. Their parents thought raising their children in a religious environment would help them. I meet a lot of adults that had preachers as parents. That does not mean the children will accept that lifestyle as an adult.

There is actually nothing special about those kids or adults that rebel. It is almost a given.A religious lifestyle is something a person has to want. Everyone has their reasons to believe or not to believe. Some people have to experience life for themselves. Then they might have that aha monment.

But living a free lifestyle comes with responsibility. Or else you get stuck with some unfavorable outcomes for the rest of your life.

It said in the dailymail.co.uk article that Josh and wife had first kiss at wedding altar. How odd is that?

Josh was 20 when he married,she I guess was 19.They had a short engagement. Like his parents,they don't use contraceptives. They met when they were younger through ministry and their parent's friendship.
