Sleep Paralysis or Demonic Attack - Spiritual Warfare

A few nights ago I dreamt that I was being attacked by some demon like entity.

I find myself waking up in my bed pulling up m t-shirt and seeing a horrible face trying to get out of my stomach, this really freaked me out and I see myself standing in front of my bathroom mirror looking at my eyes only to see my pupils changing shape. Almost like a reptiles.

The next thing that happens is behind me in the reflection is a demon like face with a incredible set of teeth and evil smile attacking me. It puts its hands around my throat where I feel my airway getting tighter, but I am able to fight the creature of and even attack it back and get it to leave me alone.

I'm weary of going to bed at night becuase of this experience and am wondering what to make of it. Is this sleep paralysis, bad dream or demonic attack?
