WASHINGTON— Hillary Clinton’s campaign said Wednesday that emails on the private server she used when she was secretary of state contained material that is now classified, the clearest explanation thus far of an issue that has roiled her bid for the presidency.

As Secretary of State, SHE was trained in the classification of data and materials. ! SHE was in a position to RECEIVE material from foreign sorces and would have to know how that data or info had to be handle.

There is NO data which is already received by an intelligence unit which is released and then MONTHS or YEARS later is decideded to he classified. !!!! The Obama's and the Clinton's are that stupid , our REAL working patriots are not !!!!!!!!!

The official didn’t identify the aides.

This transfer of classified information onto a server not approved to handle sensitive material is a focus of the investigation and could form the basis for a criminal probe to determine just how much classified material was sent - and who prepared and sent it.

A federal judge has added fresh fuel to the incendiary controversy over Hillary Clinton’s email, asserting during a hearing Thursday that she violated government policy by storing official messages on a private server when she worked as secretary of state.

“We wouldn’t be here today if this employee had followed government policy,” said U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan, apparently referring to Clinton, during a hearing on one of the many Freedom of Information act lawsuits seeking access to her records as secretary of state.
