Not 100% clear but ailerons *seem* to be level (???)
Moderate flaps deployed
Engine not at max


Someone said the plane banked before crashing. Maybe there was an aileron control failure on one side & to compensate he used flaps as a last ditch attempt to pull out of the loop.
