I used to think the headaches came form allergies so I took a generic Claritin D and 400 mg of Advil Liqui-gels and a hot shower and went to bed to kill the headaches and it worked. All the artificial chemical ingredients who knows what you have been drinking. Your poor body was throwing up the flags for 12 years saying Please don't do that! The new industry of " imitation flavoring" is really a sick industry. Just google some of the ingredients and mfg process of unnatural flavor. Congrats for getting off it |
