Maslow's heirachy lists the desire for orgasm in the same grouping as desire for food, shelter, etc.
It is a necessity of humankind. It cannot be said that it is kind to ignore it. It is a basic need.

And pregnancy is not on maslow's hierachy. Therfore sex (orgasm) is a necessity for contentment. You cant concentrate on work when u have a boner or are hungry. Orgasm is essential to basic well being. The very basics. Sex cannot be oulawed unless you are open to having children. Please understand human functions before condeming people who have sex and do not want to replicate their dna.
