THE POPE IN WASHINGTON, IN OUR CONGRESS, IS UTTERLY TO SHOW WHO IS IN POWER. DOES ANYONE HEAR AN ATHEIST ARGUING AGAINST SUCH A RELIGIOUS FIGURE STANDING UP IN OUR GOVERNMENT? NO, BUT THEY'LL GO AFTER CHRIST AND GOD.

Blame developed countries for their previous emissions and levels of consumption as the cause of Climate Change , then we can demand those nations to pay poorer countries.
