Here is one I found that no one else has noticed apparently (possibly relating to CERN) or something...
If you watch the end credits for SyFy's HYPERCUBE movie, when you see the credits for stunt coordinators or something, you will see the alias SEPTEMBER DEATH given at the top of the list of names.
