How could she not anticipate problems of this magnitude if she used a private server?
Did she think it wouldn't ever come up?
I seriously am wondering what the thought process was.

This way she had a chance some of it would not be subject to Freedom Of Information Act. IMO just turning in a Blank Server would be reason to pull her from the ballot.
