Historically homes are inspected prior to sale then property values are accessed through external visits and if you dispute the evaluation, an internal inspection can be scheduled.

Had this stupidity flaunted in my face once thus I said if they went ahead and entered illegally that I had two angry giant breed dogs inside and would not contain them without a legal warrant to enter my home. The self-righteous pompous fool realized I had giant dogs he lost interest and the CCTV cameras gave him concerns about flaunting false authority.

These “official” visits of tax assessors are comparable to cable or dish personnel claiming to need access to your home with some lame excuse or a garbage collector rummaging through your trash the government trains them to spy upon you and report their findings. Our mail correspondence is shredded then mixed with kitty litter, old cooking oil or rancid leftover foods so they can have fun rooting through trash bags laden with bacteria and putrid stench.

These bullies lose interest in homes protected by CCTV cameras documenting their presence and verbal interactions along with extremely large angry dogs and someone who stands up for their rights.
