-The guy has a chip near his pineal gland , reptilian is really on a space ship in a moon base. It seems reptilian was observing gray-guy action remotely .

There is a human being with a military uniform with the Reptilian, the military looks American because his uniform .

-The base is underground on the dark (unseen) side of the moon and there is camouflage in the base entrance .

-There 4 entrances to get into the base and connected with tunnels .

-The base is big, space ships inside.

-Moon is mostly hollow .

-There are other bases/facilities underground, big base occupy almost 40% of underground space .

-Main Base is very old, there were non human on Earth at the construction time.

-Dragon has more bases to control other 14 different ETs races and civilizations including human race.
