The boyfriend - aka child rapist and murderer - had warrants out for his arrest. I wonder how many previous sex offender charges he has. You don't just wake up one day and go gee I'd like to rape a 2 year old. He has done stuff before, and probably has sex offenses. And he was listed as a "long-time family friend, and boyfried"....meaning Mommy dearest would have known he was dangerous.
