My wifi was down for the night and I got the best sleep in a long time
My in-house wifi net was down last night due to unpaid bills (yeah, I tend to forget that kind of stuff).

Normally I've got trouble getting up at 8-9 am and even then only after several alarms. This morning I woke up at 6 am without an alarm and feeling completely refreshed. I wonder if wifi messes up your sleep somehow.

We turn ours off at night, and our kids sleep a lot better and through the night. We still have contamination from the neighbors wifi, but still sleep better.

We have a family cottage away from population, and we all feel so rested afterwards, even when we are working hard doing construction work on it.

I always unplug before I go to bed. There is no reason to saturate yourself with the frequencies all night long.

The first 30-60 seconds suck eggs, but the movie itself is stunning.

Yes, I did cure my Stage 4 cancer in two weeks when I was 48. I also reversed my chronic kidney disease (glomerulonephritis) when I was 25. In neither case were any medical treatments involved.

No, it can't be the wifi. Maybe you snored less than usual.

The energies in a wifi field are so weak that there is no way it can influence human physiology at any level. If wifi could alter our brain functions, the RF signal leaking out of a microwave oven would drive us insane.

Look. There is no EM-sensitivity. People have weird symptoms and then they attribute it to magic (i.e. invisible EM fields) to cope with it. It's pure hypochondria.

I used to keep mine turned off and then I rearranged some stuff and it's not as easy to hard wire the connection. I should go back to the hard wired connection, I liked it that way.

Sup Finland! You should consider tuning your wifi router to the harmonic frequency 432hz. All you need to do is change router settings to use "channel 8".

Quote from this thread

" Wifi channel 8 of your g-wireless router falls on the 5,666,666.666th harmonic of the kundalini awakening 432Hz frequency "

Thread: 432hz kundalini

It was easy to change and I personally feel like it is making a difference. See ya!

So strange, I was literally talking about this with my gym buddy yesterday. I was telling him how lately I couldn't sleep well and it felt like images and information were being beamed into my brain. I know I sounded nuts but there is no other way to describe it. He suggested I turn off all my electronic devices before bed and I tried it last night, and it worked! Best sleep I've had in weeks, no nightmares or bizarre visions, and slept the entire night through.

Thank you for sharing this!

I live a half block away from a huge cell tower and have horrible insomnia (stuck here and can't move, long story) -- I really think there is something to microwave RF causing health problems ...

If you can I'd go as far out of the way as possible to avoid any sort of microwave RF (cell phones, wireless routers, smart meters, etc).

not really when you consider that the bill not being paid isn't going to change whether the home wifi network is active and sending/receiving signals.

It does stop if you are generating it from your own wifi router

no it does not. that's exactly what I'm trying to point out.

if the isp has disable network access it does not disable the wifi in the router.

It can't hurt turning off your wifi -- but I'll bet the energy from that is nothing compared that entering your home from the cell towers -- even if they are miles away.

The only way to escape is live in a very rural area, or make your home into a Faraday cage.

To people who are unwilling to turn off their Wifi at night:

are you that lazy, or just to proud to possibly find out you have been robbing yourself of good sleep all these years?

pony up and learn what you are being exposed to:

I only use Wifi when using my Google Chrome-stick for TV viewing on weekends. Other than that, I don't typically use it.

Will setting a router to Channel 8 help when wifi has to be on? I sometimes get headaches the minute I connect wifi in the house. I don't believe its psychological as I never thought Wifi was bad when I first got it, however I did notice headaches when it was on (and rarely if ever get headaches).

Re: My wifi was down for the night and I got the best sleep in a long time
I dont ever turn on my wifi - I live in the country so when I turn off my modem at night, I am EMF free. I usually have to go outside to even get my cellphone to work.

BUT

when I travel, I stay in hotels - my blood pressure goes up.
Small motels arent so bad, but the really nice, expensive hi-rise hotels make me feel like I am being fried - BP goes thru the roof.

When I get home, I am fine
