I think that it's a great idea to build a facility that can poison the largest supply of fresh water in the northern hemisphere! Build a plant that cannot self cool if you loose power, loose pressure, make it a doomsday device balanced on the edge of a cliff knowing that a strong wind will never happen. If this reality does not sound like the plot for a cheap movie I don't know what does.
