2013 (see Figure 2) and in 2014 (see Figure 3), it is possible to detect a downward trend in interest rates, while also noticeable that the

actual observed for 2013-2015 years, the interest rate the Fed rarely reflects that most Fed officials (members of the FOMC), is therefore not

a fiction introduction of the US Federal Reserve and the negative rate in the coming years:
