Has anyone ever thought what it means if the temple in Jerusalem were to be rebuilt?

1. It would start an irresistible movement towards a Hebraic theocracy, away from democracy.
2. The country would be living under Levitical law. The stoning of messianic Christians. The stoning of Christians in general. Child marriage, contract marriage, animal sacrifices (live on TV, blood poring, columns of smoke, millions of animals being sold for sacrifice), not to mention the institution of slavery. Just remembered a “KING”.
3. And the end of the age of grace.

There are two elements standing between an Islamic victory in the Middle East, Israeli nukes, and the West. The nukes are worthless. Just building them has poisoned the ground and many of the people in Israel. A regional war with them would poison Israel as much as anyone else. That leaves us with the West. Nothing would split Israel and the West faster than the building of the temple. If I were running the Islamic world I wouldn’t just let the Israelis build the temple, I would help them do it. Then I would just get out of the way and let things happen. The archeology is clear. The temple and the dome can exist together. Islamics love to point to things like the CIA deposing freely elected rulers of Islamic nations, and they miss the point, it was way too easy to do. Just like Christians, followers of Islam are way too easy to subvert.

For decades the Israeli Government fought the establishment of a Palestinian state until they realized that with out that state a Jewish state could not exist. Voting Arabs with citizenship would soon rule Israel. Democracy is a problem for Israel.

Christians are so easily subverted to. Somehow the task of spreading the Good News of the story of Jesus has been replaced with a passion to end the age of grace as soon as possible. We jumped right over “an eye for an eye” that Jesus told us not to do any more, and went strait to “do unto others before they have a chance to do it to you”.

We better hope the Reptilians are running the world so we have someone to blame.

From the lunatic fringe,
