Oh honey, that is the way life is. Many people will rip off your ideas or never realized where there ideas/ inspirations came from. The problem is if you can't prove it , than you are dead in the water and someone else walks away with your prize. That is just the facts of life. So unless you can figure out how to secure your ideas and publically document how you came up with an idea, so you do have that reputation, for get it. Know one is going to believe you.

I will give you and example. I use to have a little dog. He was my little buddy in the care everywhere I went. I wanted him to be able to look out the window when I drove, but I needed storage for other stuff.

So I rigged up a cooler and flipped a a top with deep side hinged it. My little dog could now sit comfortably on a pillow and see everything outside the window while I drove. I was at a pet store in Poway California. I met a college kid that saw my set up with my dag in the care. He asked if I was going to panden it. I said no, and he said if I would mind if he made some and improved on my idea. I didn't know what he was getting at. I said ", sure."

Anyhow to make a long story short about a year later, I saw something very similar in the Southwest Airlines Sky Mall magazine. I gave my idea away even though I the time I was nt even sure how to go about mass production or starting a business. I am certain without really ever realizing what and how much a demand my simple idea had. Do you think anyone would be live me now or that I should or would receive any fee or compensation back? ... No.

This is just one example too of things I could of made money on or got credit for. So just so you know you are not alone. I am sure it is common, but you need to grow up and get more mature about the matter. The early bird gets the worm.
