Anonymous Coward User ID: 70393927 ![]() 09/23/2015 10:38 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Okay so here we go. Quoting: TwoInThePink On Chinese President Xi Jinping's first state visit to the U.S., he brought gifts — big business ones — to help foster relations between the two countries. On Wednesday, Boeing said China will buy 300 Boeing aircraft for $38 billion and build the first aircraft completion plant in that country. Earlier, Inspur, a Chinese cloud computing and data-center company, said it will team with Cisco Systems to sell networking technologies and products in China. The massive Boeing order includes 190 of the 737 model aircraft and 50 wide-body planes for Chinese airlines, and 60 single-aisle planes for leasing companies. China Aviation Supplies Holding Company, ICBC Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., and China Development Bank Leasing with Boeing, will be purchasing the planes. <50% [link to www.usatoday.com] So --- China is buying over one quarter of Boeing's single aisle planes in the next year. They are moving a plant to China, where there is already a plant by Airbus which is now where they are making planes for china. This plant is in Tianjin, China where the huge plant explosion took place. Seen here: [link to www.airbus.com] According to Forbes China is expected to take an even bigger order out and a bigger share of the single aisle jets Boeing is to produce the following year (2017). The WSJ also ran a story on this, as most are picking this up. Something to note about their article, is that in the comments there was someone who wrote a "prediction headline" It read something along the lines of: "The year is 2031, Boeing files bakruptcy as sales bottom out due to copied Boeing technology being manufactured by China in China, where Boeing will have been for 10 years. It would take loinger than 10 years to come up witha a product even close to Boeing. Look at the 787, thats about ten years too and its just rolling now. Besides I know that business. It isn't like throwing together consumer products. |

We all know how predictions go. We see enough of them on GLP. I was putting it out there because it was an interesting note, and puts the risks into perspective here. But don't underestimate the Chinese. These are the same people building cities as large as NYC in a month or two. My penis extension can save my life. What can yours do? One in the stink. |

Chinese economy is over inflated and it is starting to show. The build giant empty cities because they know they won't be able to afford to do so in a few years and their population is booming. What exactly is the conspiracy here? That China does business with the US? |
