Man predicting end of world next week (Blood Moon) moves thousands of miles to remote jungle volcano (vid)
Tom Siebert is so convinced next week's Blood Moon will spark a catastrophic event that he has has gone "off the grid"

snips,,,,

A man fearing the end of the world has said goodbye to friends and family and left his life behind - to live on a volcano in the jungle.

Tom Siebert is so convinced about the predicted apocalypse, that he has gone "off the grid" armed with 30 snack bars and dozens of tins of food.

He moved more than 2,500 miles to a remote rainforest setting as he bunkers down for the arrival of the Blood Moon on September 28th.

The media analyst left the US mainland at the start of the month and is living as a hermit in a remote part of Hawaii preparing for an unprecedented shift to life as we know it.

The former theology student is living without internet or TV and has just a wooden cabin, without mains electricity and a beaten up old car filled with petrol to help him should the predicted asteroid hit the US mainland.

He's deliberately chosen to live 30 miles away from civilisation and on high ground should an earth shattering impact happen leaving Hawaii ravaged by a tsumani.

"Iíve known about Blood Moons for decades, from both astronomy and astrology classes, starting back in college," he told the Mirror on his last trip to Hilo town before the Blood Moon on Monday.

"I might not have paid too much attention, honestly,if there werenít so many other dates and events taking place in September with occult, religious, scientific, geopolitical and economic portent.

"So it was really the combination of all this stuff that gave me pause, not just the Blood Moon."

This guy is just friggin brilliant! /sarcasm.

He is convinced that an asteroid is going to hit earth, so he moves to a fucking VOLCANO?!??

Doesn't he realize it will ERUPT on impact?

What a goofball!

Yep, I was thinking the same thing. A good example of fear interfering with reason.

They tell the story about an economist who correctly predicted the WaLL St. crash of 1929, and the rise and fall of the economy during the Great Depression (they always lied before presidential re-elections to massage positive numbers then, just as now). So realizing the WW2 was inevitable, he figured out all the trends, natural resources, and strategic locations on the globe and moved to a tiny island paradise way off in the South Pacific, known as Guadalcanal. (This is why every time I start thinking about relocating to a different place, I end up doing the "Curly Shuffle" and ending up right back where I started).
