True, but if you ever been in a jail, you know how many inmates have "chest pains", just to try and get out of jail. It is a pretty large percentage.

He told me my friend was so dehydrated his skin would peel if he was touched. So he had to make it very clear to the family during the funeral not to touch him...

Ohio dog pounds are cleaner and healthier than their jails and the dogs are fed better and receive better medical care.

He was in there because of a probation violation over owing less than 1000 dollars. He died the day he was supposed to get out.

We do not know what the man was in jail for. But he was not in there under a capital offense or a death penalty. Yet the state killed him with being too cheap to have docs and nurses in sufficient numbers to deal with the problems inmates may develop while incarcerated.

He was sent to prison AS PUNISHMENT. But he got there and was punished in a way that would seem he went there FOR PUNISHMENT. And in this case the state of Ohio killed him. Negligence or neglect - whatever it was. He’s gone and they really do not care. one less inmate mouth to feed and cloth and house.

The state penal system in Ohio is guilty of this man’s murder as sure as they breath. But they’ll never be tried or convicted of it and they will never be brought to justice on this earth. I would not want to be standing beside them or near them when they face their creator some day with this on their souls.

The justice system has succeeded you mean, at its goal which is subjugation; as it is a prison system in and of itself; notice how long they make you wait for any process (such as appeals) to event, and its all on purpose - to put one through as much suffering (conflicting emotions) as possible to extract, in the order to leave one as confounded and confused... docile, dumbfounded and as wronged as possible!

I had my first trip to jail last October (at 41). I'm a professional in a small community and they showed leniency by dropping charges later on. Anyways, I was denied meds needed to survive (luckily I'm still here), & although I was lucky enough to receive my own holding cell, I was denied a blanket and water for 18 hours till they discovered I was a known "state employee". If I received that treatment with odds in my favor, I can only imagine what the general public is subjected to.

DUII, I refused to blow cause I only have 1/4 of my intestines and had literally consumed only 1 beer (which would show over the limit due to "short gut syndrome). I survived and won my case, but I now fully trust most of my clients when they claim abuse, etc...

You could have got it dropped for insufficient evidence. If you showed no signs of being drunk on camera or slurring words on camera they had no evidence you where drunk or under the influence.....
