We do not know what the man was in jail for. But he was not in there under a capital offense or a death penalty. Yet the state killed him with being too cheap to have docs and nurses in sufficient numbers to deal with the problems inmates may develop while incarcerated.

He was sent to prison AS PUNISHMENT. But he got there and was punished in a way that would seem he went there FOR PUNISHMENT. And in this case the state of Ohio killed him. Negligence or neglect - whatever it was. He’s gone and they really do not care. one less inmate mouth to feed and cloth and house.

The state penal system in Ohio is guilty of this man’s murder as sure as they breath. But they’ll never be tried or convicted of it and they will never be brought to justice on this earth. I would not want to be standing beside them or near them when they face their creator some day with this on their souls.
