all of them... office assistant is an entry level job. i dont see why they need ALL of those requirements.... i mean for fucks sake, how can anyone fresh out of high school or college even land a job if they are asking for all of this?

Three (3) Letters of Recommendation, Unofficial Transcripts, and bilingual in spanish. even the cover letter is too much for an entry level job.....

i mean, a cover letter is a fucking joke... lol at "why do i want to work here". because i need a fucking job!!!!

but that job may not be a nothing job. Pension probably included, inside track for better jobs in the school district, you name it.

If you can't get three previous employers, or teachers/professors, or any community relations worth a damn other than your drug dealer, YOU dont deserve a job IN A SCHOOL DISTRICT. Obviously this particular school has a lot of spanish speaking parents... thereby necessitating an office assistant (you bet your ass you'll be answering the phone... talking to these spanish speaking parents) who is bilingual.

If you can't put a damn cover letter with at least four fucking sentences on that shit than you most certainly are not going to show up to work with proper slacks and buttoned down shirt. Don't apply for a corporate job if you cant play the game dumbass.

And by the way, you most certainly CAN just walk into businesses nowadays and get a job - same day. I am 26 and I have done this with almost every job I've had. But if you just walk in, you better be well-dressed, SOBER, have a fucking resume to hand them, and a good attitude - not this "everything sucks, i cant do nuffin, the cards are stacked against me" bullshit.
