I made a comment once and was told that it was due to the freeze thaw cycle but that is a bunch of crap. I also lived in Norway for 7 years, and in the Dakotas, and their roads aren't like that. After challenging it, other people piped in and said their infrastructure went to hell when they brought in socialized medicine. They can no longer afford to maintain their road systems because of the cost of free medicine. |
