Make them more robot like, more stamina for battles, and other things. They have been working for years on this chip to control soldiers in the field, like robots. If I was a soldier I would quit until they changed their minds. This was in Brzezinski's book way back in the 1970s. Why would anyone go along with becoming a machine cyborg. So, it was rewritten to sound more helpful, yep, can't let them know the real reason. It would be so you could cut off emotions to things done in wars. So, that would mean they could control how you react in the war as it is going on, turn you into just a killing machine if they want to. This is the way you have to look at these technologies, the bad outweighing the good. Sorry I got a headache These are the times that tries men's and women's souls! The article about the inplant says: "Computer algorithm created to encode human memories" So memories and real time thoughts, not the same but they are getting there. It could be that they have had this tech. And it is to prepare for an implant in the forehead that stores your personal information and medical records. What "new memories" can people with unlimited imagination implant by force into anothers thought? Not good! We have a spirit inside of each of us and that spirit is stronger then our flesh brain. WoW! Soldiers would be the worst group of people to try this on.
