Global Defense departments seem to utilize negative force to activate dormant genes in many of their programs. It is similar to active chemical use to stimulate ability through homeopathic ways. As well as trance/logos/triggers.
I see why because of confining they have belief of control becoming asset.
The problem is they cannot function normally with society and creates a big job for cleaners. It’s not the double edge sword they hopped for. It has arisen mentally unwell with mentally unstable with mentally incoherent information not useable but expendable.
