I've had lots of tsunami dreams. I think sometimes they mean money worries, et cetera, but you never know. I live on Gulf too. If you do a search for tsunami clouds on YouTube there are some crazy videos on that. Makes you wonder.

I have had dreams similar to that about Lake Michigan, not as large as you describe but just as real. Sometimes dreams are a warning and don't always come true; but some dreams do come true in time.

if i were you, I'd leave the southern states and move to the rocky mtns.

i had to leave las vegas. since i was a kid , i had literally 1000's of dreams and visions of las vegas being destroyed.

after i moved into the boondocks...the dreams/visions of vegas being obliterated stopped.

Well if I spent my time on a site which recently was spewing September 23rd Tsunami fear porn, I too would have reoccurring dreams....especially if it frightened me somewhat.

Duuuddde; God has given you a warning dream. You know its from God when it is as you describe, very vivid and details easily remembered. Do you recall that the actress Sharon Tate who was murdered had a dream or vision of herself lying in a pool of blood before the murder? She was warned. God didn't want her to go out like that. You have to jump into action or you will go out just like you saw. It doesn't have to be. You must give yourself to Christ and pray that His plan for you and your family be fulfilled to completion and satan's plan for you life be cast into the pit. You must pray saying I plea the blood of Jesus over my family. With long life God will satisfy me. That's in the bible. That's what God says about you if you will just get in agreement. Ask fervently that God deliver you and yours from this destruction. Ask God to show you what you are to do. Ask for the power of the Holy Spirit be sent to you so you can have understanding from God. It's the only way. Dont....don't....don't wait.

I had a dream similar to this a couple weeks ago. I frequently have vivid dreams but this one scared me, it felt so real. I was going down the road with my grandma in the car and water was dropping on the windshield. I knew it was too much to be rain. We look to the South and a huge Tidal wave/ Tsunami takes us out. I felt bone-crushing pain and then everything went black. I knew I was dead and it was peaceful. I woke up out of breath and terrified.

i can identify with your situation, Ice.

one thing i've put to the test many times is to make a decision, even tho it seems impossible to accomplish, make a firm decision and then pray about it twice a day for the means to accomplish it.

trust me on this. a wild card can come out of nowhere...i mean NOWHERE and facilitate your decision.

but..dying is no biggie really..especially if everyone else you love goes at the same time. you wake up and smile.

i've had alot of obe's ...i guess because i died when i was a baby for several minutes and then 'came back'.

I had a bizarre dream yesterday around 1700-2200 about a tidal wave. In it I was on a shore line and the sky along the coast did something strange. The sky, not just the clouds, rolled around and look like a long shelf cloud that followed the entire visible coast line. Shortly after a wave came in ~5-10 meters high. I sought shelter in a building with a slanted glass roof (leading me to believe this was in a developed country). The waters came in, I thought I was going to drown in that building. Then the waters receded. At the beginning there were dozens of us in the building after the wave there were only 3 of us. When I stepped outside there was a line of clouds where the sky had previously been folded with lightning coming down from them.

I agree with this person completely. You must read the Bible daily and pray for your family. Things may go out of control very quickly.
This is consistent with many other dreams that genuine men and women of God had regarding judgment on USA. Economic collapse is likely to be the first one to come. No one wants destruction. You must do something.

The 60,000-megaton blast of the impact vaporizes the asteroid and blows a cavity in the ocean 11 miles across and all the way down to the seafloor, which is about 3 miles deep at that point. The blast even excavates some of the seafloor. Water then rushes back in to fill the cavity, and a ring of waves spreads out in all directions. The impact creates tsunami waves of all frequencies and wavelengths, with a peak wavelength about the same as the diameter of the cavity. Because lower-frequency waves travel faster than waves with higher frequencies, the initial impulse spreads out into a series of waves.

"In the movies they show one big wave, but you actually end up with dozens of waves. The first ones to arrive are pretty small, and they gradually increase in height, arriving at intervals of 3 or 4 minutes," Ward said.

The waves propagate all through the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean. The waves decay as they travel, so coastal areas closest to the impact get hit by the largest waves. Two hours after impact, 400-foot waves reach beaches from Cape Cod to Cape Hatteras, and by four hours after impact the entire East Coast has experienced waves at least 200 feet high, Ward said. It takes 8 hours for the waves to reach Europe, where they come ashore at heights of about 30 to 50 feet.

Computer simulations not only give scientists a better handle on the potential hazards of asteroid impacts, they can also help researchers interpret the geologic evidence of past events, Ward said. Geologists have found evidence of past asteroid impact tsunamis in the form of inland sediment deposits and disturbed sediment layers in the seafloor that correlate with craters, meteorite fragments, and other impact evidence. An important feature of Ward's simulation is that it enabled him to calculate the speed of the water flows created by the tsunami at the bottom of the ocean--more than 3 feet per second out to distances of several hundred miles from the impact.

My grandmother has been in my dreams for the past two weeks now. She died in 2007 and I was a mess. She practically raised me, and I credit her with my maturity and questioning nature.

The dreams are always pleasant, having fun, her cooking, I actually woke up last night laughing. It was really nice.

I think she's telling me things are eventually going to be ok, and I will see her again one day.

However, I have had not so pleasant dreams lately. Twice now I have dreamt of being near a volcano erupting, and another even worse, the Earth was being pulled very quickly into twin Suns, and I watched as everything was incinerated. Rather disturbing.

I had a different kind of dream last night, the sky turned dark except for one hole which was bright white with light streaming down from it. The Stars started falling from the sky and I could hear loud trumpet sounds. I could hear people screaming and running all around me and I was trying to get somewhere away from the crowds and then all my clothes started to fall off me. I could feel and hear rats scurrying all over the ground. The I woke up wondering why I had this dream.

Father lets those who belong to him know who they are. He calls you "daughter" or "son". This is the only thing that matters. This is the "seal" of Father.
