It should read: The European banking families - who control the US - can't dictate.

Let Russia call the shots. Let them deal with the Middle East and Europe and all the rest, just leave us alone. Let the rest of the world toss out the pampered diplomats from the US, It will be a better place here and everywhere else when those rats are demoted.
