I've always read these time slip/yellow sun posts with amusement, simple mistakes or failures of memory conflated into some bizarre conspiracy. Even though I remember the very day I first noticed the sun was white, not yellow. At the time I idly wondered what atmospheric condition was occurring to cause this illusion of a white sun. Of course, it's been white ever since. Anyway, the posts were good for yuks until this week. See, a few months ago Bo Diddley died. A week or so later, Willie Nelson died. I was sad. Despite being into metal, I always had a soft spot for Willie. I wondered if his guitar would be put in a museum somewhere. Then last week, while web-surfing, I see an article about Willie getting into the boutique legal weed business. I checked the article- yes, presented as current news. I googled Willie. Apparently alive and well. At the same time there were two boys gone missing at sea. Local news reports no boat or bodies found. Two days later reports that boat found, no bodies recovered. One day later reports the bodies recovered. Next day reports search suspended, no boat or bodies recovered. I'm not laughing anymore.

I think things are changing too but I can still flip over the other side of the coin and realize how the majority will think we sound like a bunch of nutters because a lot of people are going to think on the straight and narrow and dismiss it as "lousy memories", "you were just wrong", etc. I think that all plays the part. When MAJOR things start changing, can't you see the scenario going something like this: "Don't listen to that nutcase because this person was fully convinced it was STEIN instead of STAIN. I pulled out my physical copy and pointed out "STAIN" and this person is still sitting there saying they remember something different. The person is clearly losing it." But I also see our point of view as well. Some things aren't going to be forgotten and my example comes from "The Baby-Sitters Club". Every book went into such huge detail about the members of the club and how the club was formed. The BSC books were my drugs when I was a kid. Every single time I had a little bit of pocket change, I'd go and buy a BSC book. Those 'chapter 2s' are drilled into my head. I can be 100 years old and not remember my own fucking name but I'll be able to tell you that Claudia Kishi dressed like she dropped acid every single day of her life, Mary Anne Spier cries if somebody drops a kleenex on the floor. You read it enough times and it's there imo. I can't explain why this is happening to some of us. I know a lot of people on these threads were asking for eye color, blood type, and even I was asking if maybe we're dealing with something mental health related. I didn't suggest that as a way to laugh at all of this and say "lulz, you're nuts and you've just created this on reality in your head." I meant more along the lines of maybe the people that have any kind of mental health problems have different wiring in their brains and that's why they couldn't touch our memories. I know I've said this on the other timeline threads but this is stuff that has really scared me because I didn't see this coming. This was the thing that blew me away.
