### no I did not see this worm ; it just felt this way ...my husband had the same experience when
he started cleaning up inside , also the rightfront of the head ...I was wondering if it was the same with you too?

I did see my liver being healed ; they showed me how this was being done over many months
and it was like bue lights 'weaving' new flesh again ( thanks to natto-darlings , but the taste was bad )
it was very awsome to see and it took many months to heal this part of my liver ... but seeing really helped
me alot with the not so fine bodily feelings accompaning this healing ; the little darlings created this
blue light ... they also create realities , only on a different reality level then we , but still our
realities are one and they can murge inside of you consiously ...I feel you already have a great
connection ... We could be saying hi to eachother from the other side real soon ...



That recipe sounds so good, I'm definitely making that. One last question,
the only kefir I've seen while shopping is made by Lifeway and contains 30 grams of sugar per serving.
Is this fine do you think? You did say the good bacteria need sugar but this seems excessive.

### you need to find alive milk kefir grains ; no powders and anything bought from the store; this has been
pastorized ussually ( all good life is then dead ) for real natural kefir cannot be contained for
long , it is alive , so the packadge would swell up and explode > they cannot have this in the stores ...
google the internet ,even ebay ... there are many loving groups who want to share their life kefirgrains
or kombucha scoobies , see that you find someone who wants to share ... I found mine in the reformshops
freezer ; some other lovely person had thought to give them for free , so the shop could make 1 euro at
selling them ... ask around ; help will be send to you , you'll see
with natural kefir and kombucha it doesn't matter the ammount of sugar you add ; it's gone like
ice in warm water and I got so tired of adding sugar ,I just drink it sour and don't mind the sourness.
