One observation I made is that every body (except 1) is lying face up......as if it were staged. Based on the fact that no emergency services have arrived yet, I would say it was just minutes (5-10) after the event. A blast with a magnitude that could kill/injure that many people would have torn people in half and there would have been more severed limbs.

It is really odd that they are almost all lying dead face up !

some of these motherfuckers had their pants blown off, you could see singe marks on their skin, and there was blood everywhere. To the people saying "why is everyone out cold?" because they're fucking dead! The people that didn't immediately die crawled away from the blast zone as you can see in the explosion vid. And you can't get any real analysis from the vid of the explosion itself because it only catches the edge of the blast zone.

they don't need to use crisis actors in middle eastern countries, they just blow up and kill actual people.

And I saw people acting as they should, as much as they could while being in such an intense state of shock. People were checking pulses, looking for family members and friends, you could hear people wailing, and lamenting, hell you could even hear the cameraman sniffling back his tears as he filmed it.

no dude, in the first 10 seconds of the video you can count at least 7 people lying face down... just... no man....
